On September 15, 2005, CGC Vice President Leonard Hoch will present a paper at the Aircraft Interiors Expo, Asia in Hong Kong. Together with Ted Bennett, Marketing Director Maintenance and Repair Services at Panasonic AvionicsSystems, Hoch will brief conference attendees on best practices and learnings that were identified through a collaborative project designed to determine the relationship between IFE maintenance and passenger satisfaction.
The invitation to appear at this international conference was extended after conference organizers heard an earlier version of the findings in June, 2005 in Anaheim, California. Hoch and Bennett received and accepted the invitation.
“We are very excited to have the opportunity to share our findings with a larger, international audience,” said Hoch. “The Panasonic study is a great example of the kind of work we are doing now with our clients. We put together a crack team of staff who had the expertise, curiosity, and creativity to delve deeply into this question, and I am proud of both their efforts and the results. I hope the conference attendees are inspired by our findings to launch their own internal examinations and investigations into ways to make the competitive air travel industry more profitable through quantifiable measures like customer satisfaction.”
The presentation will offer a unique opportunity to attendees to get a “peek inside” the technical aspects of measuring and remediating drivers of customer satisfaction.
